Role user

User preferences can be accessed through the navigation header by clicking on your user name, then click Preferences

Change password​

By clicking button Change password, you can change password by inputting 2 times the same password.

A valid password should have:

  • 8 characters or more
  • at least one of each: uppercase letter, lowercase letter, number, and symbol

Change preferences​

Modifable data​

  • First name: first name, used for display
  • Last name: last name, used for display
  • Email: email address, used to send reports and alerts
  • Timezone: can be used to force user to see date and times converted to a specific timezone. If not set, the default computer timezone will be used (Regional settings)
  • Locale: will be used to change Hubble language as well as date and time formats. If not set, the default computerlocale will be used

Currently, Hubble is only avaiblable in English and French. Other locales are just used to change date and time formats.

The button Submit will automatically appear when some data is changed on the page

Unmodifiable data​

  • Last login time: date and time of last access to Hubble.
  • Main company: main company linked to that user (informative).
  • Roles: list of roles that the user has been granted.

Only system admins can modify roles. Please ask your system admin if you need to be granted more roles. See the list of roles for more information

Reports​

Hubble offer the possibility for users to subscribe to reports by their own. The report should be scheduled for your company first. If not. please contact your system admin to schedule for you.
